  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Claude Maxile Finch, 76, Cottageville, departed this life May 7, 2006, in the Veterans Administration Medical Center of Clarksburg.  He was born August 31, 1929, in Sandyville, a son of the late Elmer Harrison and Elsie Floranta (Sullivan) Finch.  He was a farmer, a former salesman for Southern States, Hardman&#39;s and Ravenswood Hardware, and a former Committeeman for Jackson County Republican Executive Committee.  He was a Methodist, a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Ravenswood, and a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War.  Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Oral Rosalee (Crum) Finch; daughters, Brenda Easter of Ripley and Carolyn Sue Guido of Clarksburg; brother, Burl Finch of Greenville NC; grandchildren, John, Mark and Valerie Guido.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Virgil, Cecil, Clyde and Harry; sisters, Velma Marshall, Ocie Jones, Ethel Waggoner, Emma Finch and Beulah Marie Finch.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at Casto Funeral Home in Ravenswood with his son-in-law, Ben Guido of Clarksburg, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery in Cottageville with military honors by VFW post 6669.  Visitation will be from 6 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be expressed at castofuneralhome@citynet.net.</p>
