  <p>Information: FIELDS FUNERAL HELD ON TUESDAY - Oscar C. Fields, 69, of St. Albans, died Sunday in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired employee of the United Fuel Gas Company and a member of the Baptist Church, a Mason and a veteran.  Surviving are his widow,  Masel; four daughters, Mrs. H. T. Lytteton of Smithtown, Mrs. H. C. Brooks of Charleston, Mrs. J. B. Childress of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Mrs. W. N. Stadler of St. Albans; four sisters, Mrs. Laura Powers of Ripley, Mrs. Orpha Morris of Gay, Mrs. Nell Rock of Oak Park, Ill. and Mrs. Cassie Snyder of Akron, Ohio; a brother, N. Hollie of Akron; and six grandchildren.</p>
