  <p>Information:     Omer Fields, 83, of Allen Route, Sissonville, died Monday at home after a short illness.        He was a retired employee of the city of Charleston and was a Methodist.        Surviving: wife, Lola Higginbotham Fields; son, Junior of Sissonville; daughters, Jsoephine Miller of Sissonville, Freda Jacobs of Cleveland, Ohio, Ethel Jones of Winfield, Katherine Harrison of Pocatalico, Bell Bailey of Paden City, Ernestine Harrison of Liberty, Eva Jean Boggess and Dell Goff, both of Kenna;  28 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.        Service was Thursday in Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Clarence Edens officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.</p>
