Information:     Mrs. Martha Frances Fields, 86, of Staats Mills, Jackson county, died yesterday in Jackson General Hospital at Ripley following an extended illness.     She was a daughter of the late Jerd and Minta Casto Tolley.     Survivors include three sons, Hoyt Fields of Fairplains, Donald Fields of Bellgrove, and Otho Fields of Staats Mills; seven daughters, Mrs. Maggie Rhodes, Mrs. Laura Reed and Mrs. Ocie Harper, all of Charleston, Mrs. Clara Fisher and Mrs. Wilma Fisher, both of Staats Mills, Mrs. Cora Casto of Bellgrove, and Mrs. Tilla Casto of Ripley; two brothers, Kenna and Howard Tolley, both of Sutton; and two sisters, Mrs. Katie Meadows and Mrs. Gay Deen, both of Sutton.     She was preceeded in death by her husband, Johnny.     Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Parsons Funeral Home at Ripley with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating.  Burial will be in Woodsfield cemetery at Staats Mills.     Friends may call at the funeral home.
