Information:     Mrs. Betty Alice Fields, 21, of Gay, died Sunday at a Parkersburg hospital after a short illness.     Survivors: husband, Tommy A. Fields; daughter Beverly Jean at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otis White of Gay; brothers, Raymond, Roger and Donnie White of Gay; sisters, Mrs. Wilma Payne of Ripley and Miss Bonnie White of Gay.     Service was at the Aplin Church near Gay with the Rev. Joe Hatcher in charge.  Burial was in the church cemetery.
