  <p>Information:     Effie J. Ferrell, 86, of Ripley, died Monday at Care Inn Nursing Home after a long illness.        She was born June 11, 1900, in Jackson County, the daughter of the late James Nichols and Rushie Comer Siders.  She was a housewife and a member of the Advent Christian Church.         Surviving: daughters, Goldie Iman of Port Richey, Fla., and Eloise Jones of Ripley; brothers, Corbon Siders of Romance and Claude Nichols of Plant City, Fla.; sisters, Dorothy Counts of Sissonville and Clova Skeens of Kentuck; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren,        She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Ferrell.        Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Floral Hill Memory Gardens, Pocatalico.     </p>
