  <p>Information:     Mrs. Ethel Louise Jemison Ferguson, 74, of Ripley, died Tuesday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.        She was born November 24, 1910, a daughter of the late Creek and Kathleen O&#39;Neil Jemison in Middlebourne, Tyler County.        She taught school in Jackson County for 10 years, was Jackson County Clerk for 12 years, and was the financial secretary for the Jackson County Board of Education for 15 years.  She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Cottageville Chapter No. 16 and a Methodist.        She is survived by her husband, Don C, whom she married in 1930; a daughter, Colleen Harrison of Wheaton, Ill.; two grandchildren.        Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.        Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
