Information:     George Houchen, brother of Elizabeth Houchen Ferguson, said Monday that Mrs. Ferguson's death was the result of a massive heart attack.     Mrs. Ferguson died Dec. 29 en route to the Clarksburg Veterans Administration Medical Center to visit her husband who was a patient there following a heart attack.  She was driving the car when it left the highway and wrecked.     Mr. Ferguson died Jan. 4.
