Information:   Leroy Dale Frazier, eight-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Frazier of Rt. 1, Ripley, was dead on arrival Tuesday at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.   Also surviving; brother, Charles Allen Frazier at home; grandparents, Mrs. Ada Scarberry and Mrs. Sudie Frazier, both of Gay.   Graveside services were held in the Mud Run Cemetery with the Rev. Noble Harper officiating.  Parsons Funeral Home in Ripley was in charge of arrangements.
