  <p>Information: Dwight Everett Fast Sr., 78, of Dunbar, died Saturday in Western Wake-Med Center, Raleigh NC, after a short illness.  He was retired from Union Carbide and was a member of the Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church in Dunbar.  He was a member of the Elks Lodge.  He was a graduate of West Virginia University and served on the boards of Meals on Wheels and the City of Dunbar Planning Commission.  Survivors include:  wife, Christine Steele Fast; son, Dwight E. Fast, Jr. of Raleigh; daughters, Christine Fast Owens of Altanta, GA, and Selina Fast Midkiff of Charleston; brothers, the Rev. Jennings H. Fast and Vivian R. Fast, both of Charleston, and Robert L. Fast of Ravenswood; sister, S. Frances Allen of Cross Lanes; and six grandchildren.  Funeral services are set today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Loretta Isaiah officiating.  Burial will in Sunste Memorial Park in South Charleston.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels or Dunbar Beautification League.</p>
