  <p>Information:     Charles Joseph Fast, 90, of Ravenswood, died May 19, 1987, in Ravenswood Care Center after a long illness.        He was born in Morgantown and was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Ravenswood, and Masonic Lodge.  He was a Navy and Army veteran with 33 years service and had served in World War 1 and World War II.        Surviving: nieces, Mary Mary Louise Staats Collins of Charleston, S.C., Mrs. Mary Jean McIntosh Davis of Charleston, W. Va.; cousin, Joseph McDermott of Clarksburg.        Services was Friday in Grace Episcopal Church with the Rev. Roy Myers officiating,  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery with military graveside rites.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
