  <p>Information:    Mrs. Amanda Farrow, 75, died at 11:45 a.m. yesterday in the Tipton Nursing Home, following an extended illness.        Born Nov. 1, 1885 in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jake Sines.  She had lived in Parkersburt since 1905.       She is survived by two sons, Robert E. Flinn, Akron and William H. Flinn, Zanesville, O.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Martin, Zanesville, Mrs. Louise Smith, Washington, Wood County, and Mrs Betty Price, Barberton, O.; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.       Also surviving are a brother, John Sines, Parkersburg; two sisters: Mrs. Tom Swain, Parkersburg, and Mrs. Ivy Smith, Sherman, Jackson County.       Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Leavitt Funeral Home.  The Rev. D. M. Provance will officiate and burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery.        Friends may call at the funeral home.      </p>
