  <p>Information: Charles Jackson ""Jack"" Farra, Sr., 66, of Sandyville WV, passed away February 23, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, following an extended illness.  He was born October 4, 1946 in Mt. Alto WV, a son of the late George Willard, Sr. and Millie Elizabeth (Bush) Farra.  He was a former riverboat engineer&#39;s mate, mechanic and school bus driver.  He was a retired supervisor of transportation for the Jackson County Board of Education.  He was a farmer, and attended the Copper Fork Community Church, Sandyville.  Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Ellaine Wanda (Ramsey) Farra; sons, David Bruce Farra and his wife Allysia of Ravenswood, and Charles Jackson ""Jay"" Farra, Jr. and his wife Samantha of Sandyville; grandchildren, Aly Farra, Ava Farra, and Austin Farra; brother, George Willard Farra, Jr. of Sandyville; sister, Marilyn Sullivan of Oak Hill WV.  Services were Monday, February 25, 2013, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans.  Pastor Brett Wilson and Rev. Bud McVey officiated.  Burial followed in the Hopewell Cemetery, Mt. Alto.</p>
