  <p>Information: K. Hays Farnsworth, 69 yr of Orange Drive, Boaz, died Sunday morning in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.    He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Thaddius and Grace Kester Farnsworth.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a past master of the Vienna Lodge AF and AM, a member of the C.B Club, and was a retired postal employee.    Survivors include his wife, Doris Radabaugh Farnsworth; a son, David L. Farnsworth of Severna Park, Md., four grandchildren; two brothers, Carroll Farnsworth of Parkersburg and Leonard Farnsworth of Vienna.    He was preceded in death by a sister.    Funeral services will be conducted today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Wayside United Methodish Church with Dr. Edward Bayer and the Rev. Constantine Metallidas officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.    Ogdin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
