  <p>Information: VIRGIL FARLEY VICTIM OF A HEART ATTACK - Stricken with a heart attack at his home near Waverly, Wood county, Virgil Farley, 21, a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Conger, of Sandyville, route 4, died at 2:30 o&#39;clock Tuesday afternoon in the Camden-Clark Memorial hospital in Parkersbrg where he was taken soon after the attack.  The young man was said to have been reading a magazine and laughing when he suffered the attack and fell from his chair.  Besides his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Russell, Onis, Dora; two sisters, Gladys and Genevieve, all at home; and his grandfather, H. E. Farley of Parkersburg.  Funeral arrangements had not been made.  The body was taken to the Franklin mortuary.</p>
