  <p>Information: Shirley Ruth Fannin, 53 of Alliance, Ohio died Nov. 7, 1989 at an Alliance Hospital.  She was born Dec. 16, 1935 at Gay, W.Va., daughter of the late Homer and Flodia Westfall Archer.  She was a member of Union Avenue Church of Christ.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Harold and her parents.  Mrs. Fannin leaves her husband of 36 years, Herbert E. Fannin; one daughter, Mr. Kenneth (Jacqueline) Mabry of Alliance; two sons, Kenneth E.Fannin of Homeworth and Stanley H. Fannin of Alliance; three grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Triplet of Carrolton and Carolyn Mitchel of St Clairsville.  Services were held Nov. 10 in Alliance with burial at Beloit, Ohio.</p>
