Information: Frank Farby, a well known and highly respected citizen of the county, died at his home at 8 o'clock Wednesday morning of diseases incident of age, aged 84.  He was a native of New York state and was left an orphan when eight years old.  He came to Ripley with the late Col. John Hassler, residing here until his marriage to Miss Lucy Ann Sayre, on February 7, 1856.  He then moved to Sandyville, W. Va., where he has since resided.  Three children, Mrs. W. L. Smith, Mrs. Iva Hawk, and Miss Mary Fabry survive.  Funeral services conducted by Rev. McKinnin, pastor of the M. E. Church, South at Sandyville, of which the deceased was a member, will be held at 10:30 o'clock this morning.  (McIntyre)
