  <p>Information: Robert H. Faber, 62, of West Unity, Ohio, formerly of Charleston was dead on arrival Thursday at a Bryan, Ohio hospital.    He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harley Faber natives of Jackson County.    He was an employee of Scott-Port-A-Fold, Inc    Surviving; wife, Pauline; sons, William and Robert of Charleston, Gene with the Army in Germany; four stepdaughters; two stepsons; borthers, John of Charleston, Roy of Shonto, Ariz., Henry of Martinsburg.  Forrest of Uniontown, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Edith Reed of Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Llillie Sturgis of Akron, Ohio.    Funeral services were held Monday with burial at Tyler Mountain,.  Elk Funeral Home, Charleston, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
