  <p>Information: GARDEN CITY, MICH.- Orvie V. Faber, 63, of Garden City, formerly of Jackson County, WVa., died May 7, 2000, in Camelot Hall Convalescent Center after a long illness.  He was born September 13, 1936, at charleston, a son of the late Orvie and Mildred Reed Faber. He was owner/operator of a Clark service station and an avid bowler.  Surviving:  sisters, Kathryn Williams of Westland, Mich., Gretta Norris of Cleveland.  Service will be 5 p.m. Wednesday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, W. Va., with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will be in Rock Spring Cemetery, Kenna, W. Va.  Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
