  <p>Information: John S. Faber, 86, of Sissonville died Sunday, Dec. 10, 1995, at Cedar Ridge Health Care Center after a long illness.  He was a retired production supervisor with Union Carbide with 42 years service and a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church.  Surviving: wife, Elaine Faber; son, Judge David A. of Bluefield; daughter, Elizabeth Sumpter of Cincinnati, Ohio; brother, O. K. of Sissonville; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Services will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Wilson Funeral Home, with the Rev. A. D. Ellison officiating.  Burial will be in Grass Lick Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call one hour prior to service and after burial at the family residence.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church or Humphries Methodist Church, Sissonville.</p>
