  <p>Information: Brooks Haden Faber, 81, of Charleston, formerly of Kenna, died March 5, 1993 at home.  He was a retired plumbing contractor and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Nitro.  He was a member of Wagon Wheelers Square Dance Club and Layman&#39;s Breakfasts.    Surviving: wife, Evelyn Grace Coffey Faber; daughters, Phyllis Kelley of Bala Cynwyd, PA, Barbara Elliott of Lexington, KY., Dianna Marshall of Seattle, Sandra Parr of Ithaca, Mich; sons, Fredrick of Powell, OH, Patrick of Columbus, OH; sister, Elsie Beattie of Charleston; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.    Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert Metzger officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home, Jackson, OH, where a Christian wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m.</p>
