  <p>Information: EVANS - Bessie A. Evans, 85, of Cottageville, died Jan. 12, 1997, at Ravenswood Care Center.  She was born in Plum Orchard WV, a daughter of the late Christopher S. and Daisy Covey Randolph.  She was a homemaker and a Protestant.  Surviving are two sons, H. J. ""Sarge"" Evans of Ripley and Charles L. Casto of Ravenswood; one sister, step-brother, Roy Jackson of Ripley; seven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Evans; three brothers, Ezra Randolph, Brady Randolph and Guy Winford Randolph; and two sisters, Hattie Facemire and Lona Jones.  Services Thursday 11 a.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Ben Skeen, Rev. Ann Skeen and Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Burial Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Visitation  6-8 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
