  <p>Information: Bernice M. Evans, 90, of Ravenswood Care Center, formerly of Vienna, died Jan. 27, 1996 at Jackson General Hospital.  She was born in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Pearl I. and Myrtle Hopkins Evans.  She was a retired teacher from Jackson School system after 47 years. She attended Kent State University, Muskingum College and was a graduate of West Liberty College.  She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Vienna. Surviving are two sisters, Florence Gorrell of Clarksburg and Lucille Hamilton of Charleston.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Evans and Robert Evans and one sister, Freda Opal Fruth.  Services were held on Tuesday at Vaughn Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with burial in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
