  <p>Information: Ethel Phillips Jett Estep, 71 of Ravenswood died Friday, March 30, 1990 after a brief illness at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg.  She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late Oliver J. and Lela Burdette Phillips.  She was a Protestant and a homemaker.  She is survived by her husband, Henson Estep of Ravenswood; four sons, Roland Jett of Portsmouth, Va., Darrell and Carroll Wayne Jett, both of Parkersburg and Roger Leon Jett of Rol Grande, Calif; two sisters, Emma Elaine Asher and Emogene Lois Smith both of Ravenswood; two brothers,Joseph Roy Phillips of Strasburg, Pa., and Ralph Phillips Jr. of Charleston, S.C.; one step-daughter, Stevenann Marinez of Lansing, Mich; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother.  Services were Tuesday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood with the Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery</p>
