  <p>Information: LEROY WV  - Wanda Mae (Parsons) (Raines) Engle, age 66, of Leroy, Jackson County, died February 7, 2005, at home.  She was born October 15, 1938 in Jackson County, daughter of the late Glennie G. and Chloe H. Siders Koon  She was a caregiver, a member of Goshen Baptist Church and United Steelworkers of America #1199.  She is survived by her son, Charles Robert Parsons and wife Doreen of Cleveland, Ohio; stepson, Randall Raines and wife Sandy of Cleveland; daughter, Charlotte Stamper of Sheffield Lake, Ohio; stepdaughter, Joan Palmer and husband Don of Salem, Ohio; sister, Sible Casto of North Olmsted, Ohio; brothers, Robert G. Koon and wife Lola of Parma, Ohio and Clarence Koon of Cleveland; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Charles C.(Corby) Parsons and Bailey Junior Raines; sister, Masil Counts; and brothers, Roland, Ronald, Windel and Beacher Koon.  A funeral service was held Saturday, February 12, 2005, at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home. Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.  Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
