  <p>Information: RIPLEY - William Howard Elliott, age 85, of Ripley, died June 10, 2004 at the Cleveland Clinic.  He was born August 8, 1918, in Jackson County, son of the late Jonah and Jessie Shinn Elliott.  He is survived by his wife, Aleyne Stalnaker Elliott; four sons:  Lewis, Carroll, Thomas and Stanley Elliott, all of Ripley; daughter, Kathryn Elliott Arbogast of Berkley Springs; two sisters, Buddie Hall and Mildred Hall, both of Ripley; ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  A funeral service was held Sunday, June 13, 2004, at 2 pm at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Charles Hicks officiating with burial following in the Elliott Family Cememtry.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 12110, Charleston WV 25302.</p>
