Information: LONG ILLNESS PROVES FATAL - Lessie Lee Elliott, 50-year old wife of the Frozen Camp merchant, Charles Elliott, died at her home there Friday after a long illness. Her condition had been critical for several days and death had been expected. Mrs. Elliott was born at Kenna on October 1, 1905, a daughter of Robert L. and Cora Spencer Fisher. She spent her life in the county, her girlhood days being spent in the community where she was born and her married years at Ripley and in the Frozem Camp community. Survivors include the husband, Charles Elliott; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Miller of Liverpool; two sisters, Mrs. M. N. Good of Sissonville and Mrs. W. C. Chancey of Ripley; three brothers, W. O. Fisher and J. K. Fisher, both of Kenna, and Ahaz Fisher of Sissonville and one grandchild. The funeral service was held from the Ripley Tabernacle on Sunday afternoon with Rev. Orland Reynolds and Rev. Hayward Boone officiating and burial with the Vail undertakers in charge was in the Fairplain cemetery.
