  <p>Information:      KENNA - Freda Mae Dorsey Koontz, 96, of Kenna died Saturday, April 12, 1997, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was the oldest living member of Watts Chapel Church were she was a member of the Ladies Aide, and attended Goldtown Community Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Oshel Koontz, Sr..  Surviving daughters, Edith Crank of Cross Lanes, Lillian Fisher of Liberty, Frances Harrison of Cape Carteret NC; Sons, Ezra Oshel ""OJ"" Koontz, Jr. of Mesa, Ariz., John Thomas (JT) Koontz of Kenna; sisters, Opal Way and Glema Mullens of Huntington; brother, Ernie Dorsey of Huntington; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Watts Chapel Church, Goldtown, with the Rev. Aaron Jones, the Rev. Al Mendez and the Rev. William Layne officiating.  Burial will be in Flora Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today and one hour prior to service at the church.  Elk Funerl Home, Charleston, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
