  <p>Information: Della Eugenia Eddy, 57 of Evans died June 29, 1988 in an automobile crash on W. Va. 87 according to a spokesman for the Jackson County Sheriff&#39;s Dept.  The cause of the accident remains under investigation by sheriff&#39;s deputies.  She attended Grace Gospel Church.  Surviving:  husband, James Preston Eddy; son, Rodney Duaine at home; mother, Pansy Caldwell Skeens of South Lebanon, Ohio; brother, Leo Skeens of Pittsburgh; sisters, Mary  Duerr of South Lebanon, Ohio, Janet Clendenin and Ravenna Goplin, both of Venice, Fla.  Service was Saturday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans with the Rev. Jack Berry officiating.  Burial was in Jackson Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
