  <p>Information: Roy Clifton Easter, Sr., 74, Ravenswood, died Monday, Dec. 18, 1989 at St. Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg after an extended illness.  He was born in Boone County, son of the late Daniel E. and Amanda Vandelinde Easter.  He was a former employee at Kaiser Aluminum and B. H. Mott Drilling Co., of Huntington.  He retired from Westvaco, Parkersburg.  He was a former member of Ravenswood City Council, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and deacon of Independent Fellowship Church, Ravenswood.  Survivors:  wife, Elizabeth ""Betty"" Cawley Easter; son, Roy C. Easter Jr., Ravenswood; daughters, Mrs. Deanna Morgan, Washington, WV., Mrs. Linda Abel, Ravenswood; brothers, Dennie Easter, Manitowac, WI., Harry Easter, Ravenswood, John Easter, Lambertsville, MI; sister, Jacquelyn Chancey, Ripley; ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Hubert, Joe and Lawrence.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at Independent Fellowship Church with the Rev. Allen Stewart officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Gardens, Cottageville.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
