  <p>Information: RETIRED RIPLEY CONTRACTOR CLAIMED - Hubert C. Eagle, 72, of Ripley, died Sunday in Jackson General Hospital following a short illness.  Born in Liverpool, son of Julia Adkins Eagle of Liverpool and the late Alexander R. Eagle, he was a retired building contractor.  Other survivors include his wife, Yula; two sons, Gary L. of Ripley and Roger W. of Liverpool; one stepson, Leo W. Johnson of Ripley; two brothers, Gale and Vernard, both of Liverpool; one sister, Okla Eagle of Largo Fla.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. D. C. Guthrie and the Rev. Rankin Roach officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.</p>
