  <p>Information: Francis Atkisson, 85, of Romance, died Tuesday, April 25, 1989, at Cedar Ridge Health Care Center, Sissonville, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and attended Smith Creek Nazarene Church.  Surviving:  sons, Arnold Edward and Clarence Albert, both of Charleston and Adam George of Romance; daughters, Frona Lanham and Devony Southall, both of Romance, Edith Reynolds of Kenna, Fredia Robinson of Palestine, Sybil Kiser of Charleston and Ethel Sayre of Evans; sisters, Loma Jones of Charleston and Freda Coleman of Kenna; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at Parsons Funeral Home, Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bryon Hissom officiating.  Burial will be in the family cemetery at Romance.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:00 p.m. today (Wednesday).</p>
