  <p>Information: Lloyd Durst, 87 of Cottageville departed this life August 18, 2003 at his home following a brief illness.  He was born November 16, 1915 in Cottageville, a son of the late Henry Christopher and Stella Jane (Ankrum) Durst.  He was a retired heavy equipment operator, a member of the Operating Engineers Union, Local #132 in Charleston and was a World War II United States Army veteran.  He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lydia Irene (Fauver) Durst and several nieces and nephews.  Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating.  Burial will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
