  <p>Information: ILLNESS IS FATAL TO FLOYD DURST - Floyd Spencer Durst, 77, Cottageville, died Sunday morning in the Medical Center, Gallipolis, O., following a long illness.  He was born in Cottageville, son of the late David and Kate Pruden Durst, and was a member of the Cottageville Methodist Church and the IOOF Lodge at Cottageville.  He retired from the State Road Commission after working for them for 20 years.         Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Forrest Shirley Durst; two son, Clyde Durst, Bowie, Md., and Clarice Durst of Beltsville, Md.; two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Vaughan of Huntington, and Margerie Durst of Washington, D. C.; a brother, Kensie Durst, Cottageville; a sister, Mrs. Alice Rollins of Athens, Ohio; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services were held Tuesday in the Cottageville Methodist church with the Casto funeral directors in charge.</p>
