Information: Estella Parsons Durst, 77, of North Church St., Ripley, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was born in Ripley, daughter of the late John Parsons and Viola Scyoc Parsons, was a member of Ripley Baptist Temple, was a retired schoolteacher and a hardware store operator in Ripley.  Mrs. Durst was a part owner of the former Ripley Hardware Store and was formerly employed by Almeda's of Ripley.      Survivors include one son, Robert Knightstep of Tulsa, Okla.; five stepdaughters, Helen Braden and Genevieve Jacober of Cottageville, Mildred Casto of Ripley, Joan Walters of Columbus, O., and Josephine Kay of Akron, O.; four stepsons, Leroy Durst of Pt. Pleasant, Dewain of Coraopolis, Pa., Junior and Donny Durst, both of Akron; 27 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Durst.  Services will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Charles Crummey and the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.
