  <p>Information: Mrs. Lena Polk Dunham, 83 of Murraysville, formerly of Ravenswood, died at the St Joseph&#39;s Hospital in Parkersburg Friday.  She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late William and Rhodan Milhoan Polk.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ravenswood, the Homeworkers Circle, was an honorary member of the Ravenswood Woman&#39;s Club and was a retired merchant.  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Davis of Murraysville; two grandchildren, Carolyn Garrett of Houston, Texas and Roger Davis of Washington, D.C.; and two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Oscar Polk of Ravenswood, Clair Polk of Murraysville and Ray Polk of Clairton, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs Norma Snyder of Murraysville and Mrs. Thelma Kester of Lost Creek.  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home in Ravenswood with the Rev. William Matics officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
