  <p>Information: Jessie Neil Duke, 85, of 106 Charleston Drive, Ripley, died Sunday at Care Inn nursing home, Ripley, aftert a long illness.  Born at Thurman, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Henry Franklin and Alice Meverna Mullins Neil.  She was a former sectetary of the Columbus school system, attended the Ripley Baptist Temple, was a member of the Eastern Star, Jackson County Historical Society and the Jackson County Senior Citizens. Surviving:  husband, Dr. Gay H. Duke; one daughter, Madelyn Duke Hall of Columbus; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  The funeral was Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Christopher Thompson and the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, South Charleston.</p>
