  <p>Information:      James Otmer Duff, 87, of Kenna, died Wednesday, January 10, at Charleston Area Medical Center following a short illness.   He was born June 22, 1913, a son of the late Samuel and Myrtle Godbey Duff of Kentuck.  He was a native of Jackson County, and was retired from Libby-Owen-Ford Glass Plant.  He is survived by his wife, Wanda Alice Duff; daughters; Carolyn Lowery of Charleston and Helen Asbury of Cross Lanes; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  In addition to his parents he was proceded in death by a sister, Ruby Gordon of Kentuck.  Funeral services will be today (Saturday), at Long and Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Sissonville.</p>
