  <p>Information:                 Mrs. Glenna Gay Dowler, 64, of Windy, wife of Sanford D. Dowler, died Wednesday at the St. Josephs Hospital in Parkersburg, where she had been a patient for several days.  A resident of the Windy community for the past 35 years, Mrs. Dowler was a member of the Providence Methodist Church there.  She was a daughter of the late Samuel E. and Virginia Bee Farley.  Surviving, in addition to the husband, are two foster daughters, Mrs. C. A. Dowler of Davisville and Mrs. Claude Walker of Detroit, Michigan; one brother, J. C. Farley of Akron, Ohio; five sisters, Mrs. T. A. Thornton of Sandyville, Mrs. H. E. Moore of Parkersburg, Mrs. Ed Lundquist, Mrs. F. B. Stukey and Mrs. R. H. Stukey, all of Akron, Ohio.  (Betty Kessel McIntrye obit collection)</p>
