  <p>Information:           David (Andy) Dowler, 84, of Coolville Ohio, died at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, Thursday morning after a short illness. Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late David E. And Rebecca Rubel Dowler. He was retired from the Teamsters Warehouse and Dock Works and attended the Big Tygart United Methodist Church. Surviving: sons, Floyd Dowler, Sr. of Mineral Wells, James and Emmett Dowler of Parkersburg, Francis (June) Dowler of Coolville, Ohio; daughters, Mary Queen of Parkersburg, Dorothy Flinn of Belleville; brother, Cleveland Dowler; sister Pearl Clegg of Parkersburg; 58 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Chloe Ruble Dowler, in 1962. The funeral was Saturday, at Franklin and Son Funeral Chapel, Parkersburg with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating. Burial was in Big Tyler Cemetery.</p>
