  <p>Information:           Leonard A. Dowell, 83, of Southside, died Friday in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio.  He was a retired farmer. Surviving: wife Lisa; daughters, Nancy Powell of Gallipolis Ferry, Dorothy Cook of Southside, Kay Mohler of Gallipolis, Ohio; sons, George of San Pedro, California, Dexter of Gallipolis Ferry, Michael of Midway Park, North Carolina; sisters, Dora Glenn of Ravenswood, Kittrell Windon of Milton; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Service was held Monday, at the Beech Hill Methodist Church with the Rev. Danny Stevens officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Crow- Hustle Funeral Home of Point Pleasant was in charge of the arrangements.     </p>
