  <p>Information:           William Robert (Jack) Dow, 66 of Ravenswood, died Monday in Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Ravenswood and was a retired Lockman for Lock 22 on the Ohio River. He was a World War II veteran and a member of the American Legion and VFW. Surviving: wife, Sarah Heater Dow; daughter, Mrs. Josephine Huffman of Dayton, Ohio; son William Eugene of Ravenswood; sister, Mrs. Hazel Profit of Ohio; brothers, Stanley of Ravenswood, Ernest of Tampa, Florida, Richard of Point Pleasant, Herschel of Clairton, Pennsylvania and seven grandchildren. Services will be at    2 p.m. today at Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. C Donald Vogel and the Rev. Ken Derrington officiating. Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
