Information:   Funeral services for Walter W Dougherty, 74, former resident of Jackson County, who died Thursday in New Orleans, Louisiana, were conducted today. The body was taken to the Cook Funeral Home, Columbus, Ohio, where cremation services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday. Born in Jackson County, a son of the late John and Phoebe Dougherty, he was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two brothers, Burton J Dougherty, Vienna and Dewey Dougherty of Sydney, Ohio; two half-brothers, Fred and Mark Dougherty, both of Steubenville, Ohio and a half-sister, Mrs. Mary McKluskey of Steubenville, Ohio.
