  <p>Information:                 Funeral rites for Mrs. Bessie G. Dotson, who died in Parkersburg on Thursday, were held from the Pleasant Ridge Church on Sandyville RFD on Friday with burial in the church cemetery.  Mrs. Dotson had been ill for several months.  The daughter of A. E. and Emma Matheney Sullivan, Mrs. Dotson was born in Jackson County in 1902, spending her early life in the Lockhart Community.  She had resided in Parkersburg for the past 23 years.  Surviving are her husband, Okey A Dotson; two sons, Delmer and Denzil Dotson, both of Parkersburg; five brothers, Walter and Ray Sullivan, both of Parkersburg, and Perry, Henry and Clarence Sullivan, all of Sandyville; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Kelbaugh of Parkersburg, Mrs. Mary Watkins and Mrs. E. H. Finch, both of Sandyville, and one granddaughter, Lois Deem.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
