  <p>Information: Chester Osburn Donohew, 65, of Evans, departed this life May 4, 2007, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness.  He was born September 20, 1941, at Evans, a son of the late Jesse Oliver and Elzona Sayre Donohew.  He was a retired heavy equipment operator and member of Operating Engineers Local #132.  He was a farmer, the former owner and operator of C.O. Donohew Excavating and was a Protestant.  Survivors include his sister Wanda Matheny of Evans; stepson Larry Jackson of Ripley; stepdaughters Linda Parsons of Fairplain, Loretta Hatcher of Kenna and Lucinda Ranson of Ripley; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Orley Marie Donohew and sister Wilma Stewart.  Service at Casto Funeral Home.  Burial at Longview Cemetery, Evans.</p>
