Information: Mrs. Thomas Donnelly, 25 years old, died in Huntington at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon as a result of an attack of ptomaine poisoning.  She had been ill only a few days.  The deceased was a sister of Mrs. Bryan Mays, of Ripley, and was well known here, having worked for a time in Mr. May's office at the court house.  Dr. Donnelly was formerly a member of the faculty at Marshall College and taught at the University of New Mexico in 1935.  The funeral services will be held at the Weekley Memorial United Brethren church in Charleston this (Thursday) morning and the funeral party will come to the Fairview church near Fairplain where a brief service wil be held.  Interment will be in the Donnelly plot at the cemetery there.   [from the Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]
