WHATEVER IS, IS BEST - I do not know why sorrow comes And burning teardrops fall; I only know God still is God and watches over all. I do not know why we must part From loved one and from friend; I only know God's love lives on And will live to the end. I cannot see with earthbound eyes The guilded courts above, But by faith I know I'm kept Within his boundless love And so in faith I must believe, Regardless of the test No matter what each new day may bring Whatever is, is best!
