  <p>Information:           Dallas Donahue, 62 , of Salem, Mo., died Sunday at home from an apparent heart attack.  He was a son of the late Homer Donahue and Amanda Sayre Donohue and was a veteran of World War II.  He is survived by one daughter, Bernice Donohue of Ohio; one brother, Gail of Letart; four sisters, Mrs. Mamie Warner of Orion, Ohio, Mrs. Daisy Pauley of Deerfield Ohio, Mrs. Mabel Pickens of Syracuse Ohio and Mrs. Teresa Bullworth, of Salem Missouri and two grandchildren.  Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans. Burial will be at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, with the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.</p>
