  <p>Information: Gatha Kiser Jones Dodson, 81, of Charleston, died May 21, 1997, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a short illness.  She was retired from the state Department of Employment Security and was a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  son, Jack L. Jones of Charleston; daughters, Evelyn Clement of Charleston, Donna K. Gingher of Baltimore; brother, Warren K. Kiser of Charleston; sister, Verdene Tinsley of Cross Lanes; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Donnie Kiser and the Rev. Scott Kiser officiating. Burial will be in Kiser Cemetery, Fletcher, Jackson County.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m today at the funeral home.</p>
