  <p>Information: Dobbins, Freddie 2/5/1965   Mrs. Freddie Dobbins, 79, a former resident of Ripley, died on Monday in Hialeah, Florida, where she made her home.  Mrs. Dobbins died in Hialeah hospital of complications following major surgery after a weeks illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of John M. and Esther Ellen Rader and was married to the late Brooks Dobbins.  She was a member of the West Bridgewater Methodist Church in Pennsylvania and the Rebekah Lodge of Ripley.  She is survived by one son, Jack Dobbins of Miami, Florida and four daughters, Mrs. Maxine Davies and Mrs. Doris Kenney of Hialeah, Florida, Mrs. Melba Giles of Arizona and Mrs. Lillian Cook of Erie, Pennsylvania, one brother, Foster Rader of Charleston and a foster brother, Chester of Largo, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Frankie Zarle of St. Petersburg, Florida and Mrs. Flossie Parrish of Ripley.  Funeral and burial was to be held in Florida.           </p>
